RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Silver Leaf does not take any returned item without unboxing videos without any pauses, proper proof of damages, and proof of shipped item in unused condition. Silver Leaf will not take any returns and refund choices for natural wood hollows and discolorations on wooden toys. The option of return and refund will be de decided by the Silver Leaf. Returns and refunds may be issued without expecting a return of toys, the decision will be taken only by Silver Leaf. If returns and refund decided by both ends products must be shipped within 2 days after the fulfillment at the customer end and the proof of shipment must be submitted within 2 days of shipment.
